Ingredients

Tube Ingredients – 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin , 0.9% NaCl.

Lube Ingredients – Purified water, Carbomer, Peg 400, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Hydroxide.

Directions of use

For Adults: Use one tube per day, with a maximum of two tubes per day (one in the morning and one at night, or several hours apart).

Directions for Use:

  1. Open the tube: Twist the top off with your hands. Do not use scissors, as this may create sharp edges.
  2. Lubricate the nozzle: Apply a generous amount of the supplied lubricant along the length of the narrow nozzle.
  3. Insert the nozzle: Gently and slowly insert the nozzle fully into the rectum.
  4. Dispense the solution: Squeeze the tube slowly and fully to release the contents while holding the tube firmly.
  5. Remove the tube: Keeping the tube squeezed, carefully withdraw the nozzle from the rectum.

Additional Guidance:

  • It is recommended to retain the solution for at least 30mins after application.
  • Each tube contains enough solution to allow for a small amount of wastage, so there’s no need to extract every last drop.
  • Dispose of the empty tube after use.
  • Do not use if the tube is damaged or expired.

Cautions

Not suitable for children.

Due to the method of administration, some individuals may experience loosened stools or bowel movements. These are normal responses to liquid-based rectal products.
